Fund Account Questions
How do I access my institution’s fund accounts online?
Select the “Continue to Account Sign On” link within the Account Access tab. Then from the scrolling menu, select a fund that your firm is invested in and enter the following information:
- Account Number associated with that fund
- Taxpayer Identification Number or Social Security Number associated with that account number
- Password/PIN (personal identification number)
Note: You should only have to log in once to view information for all of your firm’s linked accounts.

Please contact Evergreen's Institutional Services Team before wiring funds. Your instructions should include the name of the Evergreen fund, class of institutional shares being purchased and the name of the institution or shareholder.

Where can I download the institutional account application?
The institutional account application is located within Evergreen’s Literature Library. Select “Applications” from the Literature landing page. If you select the “writeable PDF” version, you will be able to fill out the information online and print a hard copy. However, you will not be able to save the filled-in form to your computer, unless you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat (as opposed to just Adobe Acrobat Reader).
I’m an individual investor who used to have Y shares and now has I shares. How do I get answers to questions directly related to my account?
Either contact your financial advisor or call Evergreen’s Client Services Team at 800.343.2898. You can also access your account information from the Individual Account Information page within the public section of EvergreenInvestments.com.
Technical Questions
What browser should I use to view this site?
This site is best viewed on a personal computer (PC) using the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you are accessing your fund account online, you will also need a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. To check your browser setting on a PC, go to your browser’s toolbar and select Help. From the Help menu, select “About Internet Explorer.” The browser cipher strength or encryption should be listed in the informational window.

What do I need to access a PDF?
PDF stands for Portable Document Format and is a universal tool for transmitting electronic files. You can access any PDF on EvergreenInvestments.com using Adobe® Reader, which is usually already installed on most machines. Adobe® Reader is provided free of charge by Adobe Systems Inc.

What do I need to access audio and video on EvergreenInvestments.com?
To access audio and video on EvergreenInvestments.com, your computer must be equipped with the following:
- A sound card with speakers or headphones
- Windows 95/98/NT or later
- A 56 k/second Internet connection or higher
- Windows Media Player and 10 megabytes of free disk space
